If you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to accept a return on your purchase for a store credit note or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. Store credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Please note that items from our Sale Category are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

✂ Try Our Complimentary Alterations Service

Not quite the right fit? If sizing can't be resolved through an exchange or our fit guidance, email us to request complimentary alterations — we'll reimburse you to have minor alterations done by your local seamstress so your piece fits exactly the way it should.

One reimbursement per piece · Request within 14 days of delivery · Not applicable on sale items · Reimbursement processed upon receipt of alteration invoice

How Returns Work

All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you'll have 5 days to send your item back before the return label expires.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Once we receive your item, we'll process your return within 2–5 business days

Return Shipping

Added Free Returns at checkout? If you're in Australia or the USA and selected Free Returns at checkout, your return label is covered. Simply follow the steps in the Returns Portal.

Didn't add Free Returns? You'll need to purchase a return label through the Returns Portal. We offer the lowest available rates through our partnered shipping services.

For exchanges, outbound shipping on the new item is at the customer's cost.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@forsoulthelabel.com and we'll make it right.

Please note: items damaged through incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.

Order Cancellations & Pre-Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@forsoulthelabel.com. Once an order has left our warehouse we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer refunds for change of mind — including pre-order cancellations. We offer store credit for cancellations as a goodwill gesture.
