International orders (outside the USA) may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival in your destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order if you're unsure.
Delivery Refusal & Tariff Responsibility
By placing an order you agree that all customs duties, taxes, and import tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse delivery for any reason — including failure to pay customs charges — you will be responsible for all fees incurred, which may include:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs or duty charges
- Handling or restocking fees
If the package is returned to us, these charges will be deducted from your store credit. No store credit will be issued if fees exceed the order value, the item is not returned in sellable condition, or the package does not reach us.
Please allow 1–2 business days processing time. Shipping timeframes begin once your order is scanned into transit.
A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. If you don't receive one, email us. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders containing a pre-order item will be dispatched together once your pre-order item is back in stock. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please get in touch to arrange separate shipping — an additional shipping fee will apply.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping courier and any delays are outside of our control. We are unable to cancel or refund orders already in transit.
We are unable to take responsibility for parcels returned to us due to being uncollected from your local post office. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link (sent via email once your order is dispatched).
If you opted for Package Protection at checkout, you're covered in the event your package is lost, stolen, or goes missing in transit. We'll need to complete an investigation with the shipping courier before issuing a replacement — we'll move quickly once confirmed.
Please note: Package Protection does not cover orders where an incorrect address was entered at checkout.
We're unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed — including applying discount codes after checkout. Please double-check your email address and delivery address before submitting.
