Forsoul The Label ships worldwide from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 for AU, NZ, US and Canada customers.

To USA and Canada
As of Tuesday 26th of August, Australia Post has decided to temporarily pause all parcel deliveries from Australia to the United States due to recent changes in international shipping arrangements and costs.
This means we are currently unable to ship orders to US addresses until further notice. Please refer to the Australia Post website for any further updates on this

Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order. The expected shipping timeframes begin once your order is scanned into transit.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@forsoulthelabel.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Delays
Please note, once a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping courier and any delays are outside of our control. We are unable to cancel or refund any orders once they are already in transit.
We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are returned to us due to being uncollected from your local post office. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link (sent via email once your order is dispatched) so you can monitor whether your parcel has been taken to your local post office for collection.
Package Protection
If you opted for Package Protection at checkout, rest assured you’re covered in the event your package is lost, stolen, or goes missing in transit.
Before we can issue a replacement or refund, we’re required to complete an investigation with the shipping courier to confirm the parcel is missing, lost or stolen. As soon as we receive this confirmation, we’ll move quickly to resolve this for you.
Please note, Package Protection does not cover orders where an incorrect address is input at checkout.
Changes To Your Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed, this includes applying a discount code once the order has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting it. In particular, we recommend checking your email address and delivery address.
Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Refusal & Tariff Responsibility
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and international duties:
If a customer refuses delivery of their order for any reason, including but not limited to failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs, the customer will be held responsible for any fees incurred by the package being returned to us, including:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs/duty charges
- Any handling or restocking fees
These charges will be deducted from your store credit if the package is returned to us.
If the fees exceed the order value, the item is not returned in sellable condition or does not reach us, no store credit will be issued.
Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties and taxes. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
To avoid issues, please ensure you are aware of your country’s customs policies and are prepared to pay any required fees upon delivery.
