SHIPPING POLICY

Forsoul The Label ships worldwide from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.

We offer free express shipping on orders over $150 for AU, NZ, US and Canada customers.

Shipping Details:

Within Australia:

• Free express shipping over $150 AUD (1-5 business days)
• Orders under $150 AUD: $12.95 AUD flat rate for express shipping (1-5 business days)

To the US and Canada:

• Free express shipping over $150 USD (3-7 business days)
• Orders under $150 USD: $15.95 USD flat rate for standard delivery (5-10 business days), or $19.95 USD for express shipping (3-7 business days)

To New Zealand:

• Free express shipping over $150 NZD (2-5 business days)
• Orders under $150 NZD: $12.95 NZD flat rate for standard delivery (4-7 business days), or $18.95 NZD for express shipping (2-5 business days)

Rest of the World:

• Free express shipping over $250 AUD (3-9 business days)
• Orders under $250 AUD: $21.95 AUD flat rate for standard delivery (4-14 business days), or $29.95 AUD for express shipping (3-9 business days)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that you include a reachable phone number, so that the courier may contact you if there are any issues with your delivery.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Pre Orders

If your order contains a pre order item, any additional items will be dispatched at the same time of your pre order item. If you'd like to receive your additional items before your pre order arrives, this can be arranged via email at hello@forsoulthelabel.com. 

Processing Times

All orders placed before 12pm AEST time are dispatched the next business day.

Please note: during busy periods, such as Black Friday, please allow up to an additional 14 working days for dispatch.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@forsoulthelabel.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customs/Import Taxes and Duties

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. 

We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will attract import fees. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control.

All customers are responsible for the custom rates within their own country.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Packaging Options

We believe that conscious fashion is good for the soul.

We ship all our orders in our compostable shipping satchels and are 100% plastic free.

Our shipping bags are 100% biodegradable, break down naturally, and can be placed in your compost or organic waste bin. 

Please also reuse our eco drawstring bags that your garments come in.

Changes to your Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed, this includes applying a discount code once the order has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting it. In particular, we recommend checking your email address and delivery address.

Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Shipping Limitations

Unfortunately due to carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

Cuba

Guatemala

Iran

North Korea

Syria

Sudan (North).

Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels and PO. boxes, so please use a private address only.
