All orders placed before 12pm AEST time are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@forsoulthelabel.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note, once a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping courier and any delays are outside of our control. We are unable to cancel or refund any orders once they are already in transit.

If you opted for shipping insurance at checkout, rest assured you’re covered in the event your package is lost, stolen, or goes missing in transit.

Before we can issue a replacement or refund, we’re required to complete an investigation with the shipping courier to confirm the parcel is missing, lost or stolen. As soon as we receive this confirmation, we’ll move quickly to resolve this for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed, this includes applying a discount code once the order has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting it. In particular, we recommend checking your email address and delivery address.

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. 

We have no way of knowing whether a particular country or parcel will attract import fees. We do everything in our power to avoid our customers attracting extra charges, but this is beyond our control.
