Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country.

At this stage we do not offer exchanges, however please get in touch so that we can asisst you in getting your correct size to you.

We strive to minimise our harm to our planet in everything we do.

We are zero waste during our manufacturing process, where all of our scrap material is made into headbands, scrunchies or given to our worker’s children for arts and crafts.

We are proud to use Dystar inks, which are eco-friendly and non-toxic dyes that we then responsibly dispose of into catchment filters.

As for sustainable fabrics, we are constantly exploring new options that are kinder to our planet, without sacrificing on quality and wearability.

Beyond the manufacturing process, we package your orders 100% plastic free and use compostable shipping bags. We kindly ask that you find a way to reuse or recycle our eco friendly packaging.

For any impact we may have on our planet, we are always striving to give back the best we can.

We are designed in Australia but made with love in a small family-run factory.

Supply chain transparency has always been important to us, and we often update you guys on our manufacturing team visits. We have always ensured that we are very hands on during the manufacturing process, and are ready to provide support where needed.
