If for some reason your purchase is not quite right, we’ll happily provide a refund or online credit on full priced items.
We do not offer returns on sale items, including items purchased during a promotion/flash sale where a discount code is provided.
All sale items are considered final sale.
- Your return is initiated within 10 working days of receiving your order, unless faulty.
- Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached)
- Swimwear and Intimates – Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
- Shoes – Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If you received a shoe box, this must also be returned with the shoes in original condition.
-Earrings - Due to hygiene and healthy and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- Return authorisation has been approved via email
- Your return is accompanied by a returns form.
- Cost of postage to return item will not be reimbursed to the sender.
You will be required to email email@example.com prior to sending your item/s back for a Returns Authorisation.
Forsoul The Label reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.
HOW TO RETURN1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to authorise your return.
2. Complete the returns form.
3. Send the returns form and your original order back to us.
Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Forsoul The Label will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.
Once we receive your returned item/s we will process your online credit, or a refund back to your original method of payment
*We aim to process all returns within 2-5 working days of receipt however, during busy periods it may take longer*
- Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices.
- PayPal refunds will be deposited back to the original PayPal account and an email notification will be sent as confirmation.
- If you have paid via AfterPay, we will cancel any future installments owing and AfterPay will then refund any installments already paid. This can take 3-5 working days to be processed.
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Whilst we take pride in our high-quality production process, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Forsoul The Label is happy to offer a full refund.
Please follow the returns process (ensure you include 2-3 clear photos of fault in initial email).
Only once our customer service team have reviewed and approved your claim, will a refund be issued. We will only accept claims made within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Any claims made outside this period will not be accepted.
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund or online credit.
