If your purchase is not quite right for you, please ensure your return meets our returns conditions below before posting it back to us.

 

Full priced items - eligible for a refund or online store credit.

Sale items - items that are marked 'Sale' & 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

Swim- All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, all tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.

10% off welcome code/applied discount code - full priced items purchased with a discount code are still eligible for a refund or online store credit. 

Faulty/damaged items - please email us directly at hello@forsoulthelabel.com with your name + order number.

Exchanges - we do not currently offer exchanges.

CONDITIONS

  • Your return is initiated within 10 working days of receiving your order, unless faulty.
  • Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached)
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase
  • Return authorisation has been approved via email
  • Your return is accompanied by a returns form (Download here)
  • Strictly no returns on past season stock or sale items.
  • Cost of postage to return item will not be reimbursed to the sender.

You will be required to email hello@forsoulthelabel.com prior to sending your item/s back for a Returns Authorisation.

Forsoul The Label reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@forsoulthelabel.com to authorise your return.
  2. Complete the returns form that you can download here.
  3. Send the returns form, your original order and your proof of purchase back to us.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage as Forsoul The Label will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will process a refund back to your original method of payment

*We aim to process all returns within 2-5 working days of receipt however, during busy periods it may take longer*

Please note:

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement, dependent on your banks practices.
  • PayPal refunds will be deposited back to the original PayPal account and an email notification will be sent as confirmation.
  • If you have paid via AfterPay, we will cancel any future instalments owing and AfterPay will then refund any instalments already paid.  This can take 3-5 working days to be processed

FAULTY ITEMS

We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Whilst we take pride in our high-quality production process, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Forsoul The Label is happy to offer a full refund.

Please follow the returns process (ensure you include 2-3 clear photos of fault in initial email).

Only once our customer service team have reviewed and approved your claim, will a refund be issued. We will only accept claims made within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Any claims made outside this period will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item you did not order, please email us at hello@forsoulthelabel.com, so we can resolve this for you.
